Plan to rehab a set of failing perennial gardens.

This proposed stairway for the Rail Yard in Shelburne Falls, MA, is meant to connect the parking lot--at the top of the hill--with the road to the village, at the foot of the stairs. Decks take advantage of views of the Deerfield River and create a treehouse affect as walkers move through the canopy layer.
